Walter Koenig is Navigating his way to Shore Leave

The time has come (and earlier than we thought) and we are proud to announce that Walter Koenig is our Mystery Star Trek: Original Series Guest for Shore Leave 46!

It has been a long time since Walter got some Shore Leave. The last time he was our guest was in 1984 for Shore Leave 6!

I don’t want to mansplain who Walter Koenig is to the Shore Leave community…we all know and love him. If you are not familiar with him, perhaps speak to a friend that is a Star Trek fan and they will talk your ear off.

Commander Thok Deserves some Shore Leave

She trained the next generation of Starfleet officers — now she's coming to Lancaster! Gina Yashere, beloved British comedian, actress, and writer best known to Star Trek fans as the fierce and unforgettable Lura Thok in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy on Paramount+, is beaming into Shore Leave 46!

Her Photo-ops, Fest with our Guest, and Autograph tickets are now available at the Shore Leave Store.

Jack “Lt Bojay” Stauffer to Appear Virtually

Jack Stauffer, who portrayed Lt Bojay on the original Battlestar Galactica series will be attending Shore Leave virtually. He has recently gone through a medical procedure that prevents him from attending in person. But he was SO excited about seeing everyone that we have set up a way for the fans to communicate with him.

Jack will be at his table along Autograph Alley via video conference at the following times:
Saturday 12-4
Sunday 12-4

He will have pre-signed photos for sale at his table. Autograph tickets are now available at the Shore Leave Store.

“The Stranded Warrior” To Be Screened at Shore Leave

This year, Shore Leave will be a truly epic celebration of the original Battlestar Galactica. We're thrilled to welcome two in-person guests and one virtual guest from the classic series, along with some incredible displays — including a Cylon Raider replica and a fan-designed Polaris Slingshot. And if that weren't enough, we'll also be screening The Stranded Warrior, an outstanding fan film you won't want to miss!

The film screening will kick off with the award-winning trailer before moving into the official world public premiere of The Stranded Warrior short film. Immediately following the screening, join us for an exciting Q&A panel featuring the film's Director, Producer, and lead actors — plus a remarkable bonus for fans of the original series. We're honored to be joined by some of the most Battlestar Galactica fan groups and social media communities including Interfleet Broadcasting, Colonial Warriors, Battlestar Collectica, Battlestar Bulletin Board, Colonial Ministry of Defense, BFC, and Legacy Battlestar. The founders/administrators of both Battlestar Collectica and Battlestar Bulletin Board have confirmed their participation on the panel. Rounding things out, acclaimed fan fiction author Fran Severn will also be in attendance. And as a special treat, Jack Stauffer has agreed to film an exclusive video message for the event.

We have a new Charity for our Poker Tournament

In memory of Robbie Greenberger, Shore Leave hosts a charity poker tournament every Saturday night during the convention. The game is played for chips and bragging rights, and players receive certificates based on their finishing positions.

This year’s featured charity is the Leukemia Research Foundation. As in past years, participants enter the tournament by making a donation directly to the charity. Simply bring proof of your donation to play. Visit the Poker Tournament webpage for more information.

The Best Fest is Back!

We expect that this will be our Best Fest with our Guests yet! Not only do we have an amazing lineup of celebrity guests to choose from, but we also have the amazing Bonnie Gordon, who will be entertaining us with her music. So be sure to get your tickets early, as each guest only has 9 seats at their table. After the dinner, there will be a mix and mingle with all the guests.

There are three ticket types: Dinner with your chosen celebrity and then the Mix & Mingle, Dinner and the Mix & Mingle, and then just attending the Mix & Mingle.

Autograph Tickets Now Available
in the Shore Leave Store

Shore Leave now offers the option to purchase autograph tickets through our online store and in person at the Con Registration desk. This allows you to use a credit card and spread out your purchases, making it easier to budget for the convention.

Celebrity Autograph Tickets are available at the Shore Leave Store.

Shore Leave Memberships Available Now!

Badges for Shore Leave 46 are now available through our Square store! Purchase yours early to save money compared to at-the-door prices and to lock in a low badge number—which means faster access to the Official Autograph lines.

Each Weekend, Saturday, or Sunday badge holder will also receive two free autographs from our Official Signing Guests, this year will be our Stargate Atlantis guests - David Hewlett and Rachel Luttrell. Entry to this autograph session will be organized in order of your badge number, so the lower your number, the sooner you’ll get in!
