Tons of Parking!
Park and Ride
We have added two additional areas for attendees to park at the Wyndham hotel. On the map, you will see these areas marked in a square as ‘Vendor & Overflow Parking’. The hotel is providing transportation from ALL parking areas during the following times:
Friday Noon - 7pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm

Don’t miss The Orville Fan Series Panel: A Planetary Step – New Dawn, created by Eric “The Smoke” Moran, along with his cast and crew. Eric has brought together a talented team to create a fan-made web series inspired by The Orville, available now on his YouTube channel (thesmoke007).
The Planetary Step – New Dawn panel is happening Saturday only, in the Small Budget Films area during the early afternoon.
Join the cast and crew as they share what it’s like to produce a series within The Orville universe. Enjoy exclusive videos, a Q&A session, and a few surprises as they discuss the making of the series and what’s coming next.

Shore Leave Blood Drive
As you Command!
We're excited to welcome the Red Cross back to Shore Leave! Be a hero and help save lives by donating blood. The Red Cross will be on-site Saturday 9 am to 2pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance at RedCrossBlood.org using the code: STAT. |
If you can’t donate at the convention, you can still take part through our Virtual Blood Drive. Donate at a location and time that works best for you—just use the Virtual Blood Donation link to sign up. |
Plus, all participants will receive a pair of stylish red goodr sunglasses! Virtual donors are also eligible if they donate between July 1st and 14th. |
Kids Programming at Shore Leave
Come to the Kids Side!
Shore Leave has fantastic activities planned for kids of all ages—not just for the little Siths, but for the Teen Jedis too! Younglings (ages 4–12) won't want to miss the Friday Night Dance Party and Movie Watch Party!
At the same time, Teen Jedis will have their own chill zone—a quiet spot to relax, escape the crowds, and maybe even meet other Padawans their age.

Cause everyone can chip in!
Shore Leave is proud to support our local teachers. To help them, we're collecting school supplies. Many people don’t realize that teachers often buy supplies for their students out of their own pockets. Visit our website for details.
Calling All Artists: Showcase Your Work at the Shore Leave Art Show!

Join fellow creators from across the Alpha Quadrant at the Shore Leave Art Show, where sculptures, original paintings, prints, and drawings come to life. Whether you're an established artist or just starting out, this is your chance to display your art to an enthusiastic sci-fi and fantasy audience.
Pieces with sufficient bidding will advance to the Art Auction on Saturday at 6 PM, offering a dynamic platform to sell your work. Quick Sale options are also available for immediate purchases.

Shore Leave Logo Contest Ends July 1st!

Contest Ends July 1st! We are seeking a logo design for our Shore Leave 46 (2026) convention. The top 10 designs (as determined by the Shore Leave Committee) will be showcased in this year’s Art Show, where attendees can vote for their favorite. The winning design will be announced after the convention through the Shore Leave newsletter and social media. The grand prize is a Weekend Pass to the 2026 Shore Leave convention.
