Writer Workshops at Shore Leave

Shore Leave is always proud to sponsor a variety of Workshops for our attendees. This year we have Writers workshops (for any skill level), Self Defense (various age groups), Puppet building (because, puppets!), and even Hats…Yes Hats!

Shore Leave Workshops

We Have Book Premieres!

With over 40 authors coming to Shore Leave, it only makes sense that some would want to premiere a book release at the convention. On Friday night in the Wheatland State Room, we hold the Meet the Pros Party. This Author Meet-n-Greet is a long standing tradition at Shore Leave and a great place for the fans to meet their favorite authors.

Send in your entries for the Shore Leave Logo Contest

We are seeking a logo design for our Shore Leave 46 (2026) convention. The top 10 designs (as determined by the Shore Leave Committee) will be showcased in this year’s Art Show, where attendees can vote for their favorite. The winning design will be announced after the convention through the Shore Leave newsletter and social media. The grand prize is a Weekend Pass to the 2026 Shore Leave convention. See all details on how to submit and other guidelines on our website!

The Shore Leave Emporium is Open for Pre-Orders

The Shore Leave Emporium (Gift Shop) is open for business! We have some great items for pre-order up right now, such as our Shore Leave Bunny Mascot, Royal Blue shirts with the Shore Leave 45 logo on them (Embroidered!), and our second year of our very popular Challenge Coin series.

Pre-orders are active until June 1st, with pickup being available at the convention. Some items will be available at the con, but no guarantees as to quantity. So order NOW!

Are you ready for your Photo-Op?

We have a great variety of Photo-Op’s available this year with our guests. Individual and group Ops are available. Be sure to pre-order as the number of sessions is limited.

Fest With Our Guests is back!

Last year’s Fest with our Guests was a huge, sold-out success—so of course, we’re bringing it back! Be sure to get your tickets early, as this event will sell out again. Online ticket sales end June 15th!

Fest with our Guests is a special dinner and Mix & Mingle event held on Friday night of Shore Leave. To attend, you’ll need a Friday or Weekend membership. This year, we’re featuring a delicious Italian buffet, and all guests attending on Friday will be joining us for dinner.
