Shore Leave 45: 2025 Wrapup!
Wow, what a year!
Shore Leave 46
July 10-12, 2026
Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center
2300 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA 17602
Another Year…Another Great Time!
The Shore Leave family would like to thank all the Attendees, Celebrity Guests, Authors, and Scientists who made Shore Leave 45 a success!
This was our second year at the Lancaster Wyndham, and it seems most of the kinks have been worked out. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help shuttle guests from distant parking areas, and our ADA attendees found the venue much easier to navigate.
Our Charities were Winners this year!

We are grateful!
The Snoopy music box, shown above being auctioned off by Strange New Worlds guest Melissa Navia raised $1000 for the St Judes Childrens Research Hospital. Our Charity table and Sunday auction brought in more funds for our charities. Thanks to you all for helping out!
Teacher Supplies, You Gave Them!

Wow, the generosity!
As part of our continued Shore Leave Gives Back mission, we collected Teacher Supplies. And boy, did we get a bunch of donations. Thanks to everyone who gave, and thanks to the teachers for everything they do!
So Much BLOOD!
In this case, it’s a good thing
Shore Leave broke all of its records this year at the Blood Drive. Typically, we have between 25-32 donors. This year, we had 68 potential donors! This is huge for us and the Red Cross. Next year, we are going to try and get a larger time block or maybe even stretch it to both Saturday and Sunday. Thanks to all the donors, and if you still want to give, we have set up a Virtual Drive so you can give blood locally through the end of July. Just follow this link to the Virtual Drive and sign up through that form. And thanks for saving a life!
Poker Tournament Winners!
He can fix a Starship AND play Poker!
Yes, that is our guest J. Lee from The Orville who won the Robbie Greenberger Memorial Texas Hold-em Poker Tournament. And before anyone asks, he donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society like all the other players and made it through the tourny on his skill alone. It was a great night and we raised $1,358 for our charity.
Attendee Survey
Be on the lookout for a survey that will be going out to all attendees of this years Shore Leave. We appreciate your comments and feedback!
