Important dates:
* June 22nd - Pre-Registration tickets sales end. Registration will be available onsite, but at a higher price.
* June 25th - Celebrity Photo-Ops sales end. Any remaining time slots will be available onsite.
* July 15th - Fest with our Guests ticket sales end. The remainder will be available for purchase at Convention Registration.
* The main hotel is Sold Out, but rooms are still available at our overflow hotels, AVID and TRU. This is a major resort area and there are a plethora of hotels in the area to choose from.

Shore Leave is looking for Volunteers!

Shore Leave is looking to fill some staff positions and increase our general volunteer ranks.

• Staff Photographer - Responsibilities would include photography of the Masquerade, all Guest panels, and general candids around the convention.

• Security Personnel - All staff will need to be vetted by the head of security. Background in Security, Military, or EMT training is a bonus.

• Con-Ops - Operations make the convention run smoothly. Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are a must.

• Lower Decks - This is our general volunteer area and a great place to start for anyone keen to learn more about Shore Leave.

The Red Cross is back at Shore Leave and as usual, they have come for your blood! This year, all who donate receive a keen Tetris t-shirt. Head over to the Red Cross website and enter STAT in the Find a Blood Drive area to schedule a time. And challenge your friends to do the same!

Celebrity Guests: Our lineup spans all Sci-fi and Fantasy Genres as well as Pop Culture.

Fest With Our Guests: Join us Friday evening, July 26 in the Vistas Café for our first annual Fest with our Guests!
Enjoy a Pennsylvania Dutch Buffet while dining alongside the celebrity of your choice or come for dinner and stay for the after-dinner Mix & Mingle.

Art Show: The Shore Leave Art Show presents sculptures, original paintings, prints, and drawings from all parts of the Alpha Quadrant.

Writing Workshops: Improve your writing skills with workshops led by favorite writers, covering topics such as writing non-fiction in Trek, point of view in storytelling, and the challenges of being a writer.

Filk: Filk, the music of science fiction, fantasy, and related genres, is part of the Shore Leave experience.

Stargazing: Explore the planets, stars, and galaxies visible from Lancaster.

Meet the Pros Party: Autograph party with author guests and the chance to meet authors of the latest sci-fi releases.

Game Room: A variety of activities including a board game library, role-playing games, collectible card games, and miniature war games.

Photo Ops: Get a photo taken with your favorite stars and have it signed without leaving the hotel.

Fan Panels: Some amazing fan-led panels about your favorite Sci-fi/Fantasy subjects!

Small Budget Films: The ongoing renaissance in fan filming and small budget films continues to produce spectacular new works of science fiction and science fantasy.
